摘要: 文章介绍了国内外常用非金属垫片密封性能测试标准现状,并通过对法兰密封面缺陷情况进行模拟,测试了一种新型的耐化学腐蚀性的低泄漏改性聚四氟乙烯密封垫片的泄漏率,验证了该型密封垫片对管法兰系统的低泄漏密封性能效果。上述测试结果表明,该新型改性聚四氟乙烯密封垫片可为工厂管道提供安全等级更高、适用工况更严苛的密封选择。

Abstract: This paper introduces the current status of sealing performance testing standards for commonly used nonmetallic gaskets at home and abroad. And a new type of low leakage sealing gasket with chemical resistance made by reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene was tested for leakage rate through simulation of flange surface defects. The low leakage sealing performance of this type of gasket for pipe flange systems was verified. The above test resultsshow thatthe new reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing gasket can provide a sealing option for plant pipework with a higher level of safety and in more severe operating conditions.
