摘要: 文章通过对COILSIM软件模拟裂解炉运行产生的数据进行分析,建立起一套将裂解产物与最终乙烯产品、副产品市场价格关联的体系,形成一套优化模型。该模型可从经济角度模拟乙烯裂解炉运行,并优化乙烯原料结构和裂解炉运行参数,实现节能降耗和效益最大化。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of data generated from COILSIM simulations of ethylene cracking furnace operations, a system has been established to correlate cracking products with the market prices of final ethylene products and by-products. An integrated optimization model has been developed. The model enables economic-oriented simulation of ethylene cracking furnace operations and optimize the ethylene feedstock composition and furnace operating parameters, achieving energy conservation, reduced consumption and maximized economic benefits.
