WHOLE FURNACE DESIGN MODELING AND DIGITAL FACTORY APPLICATION OF CRACKING FURNACE

摘要: 文章介绍了使用Tekla Structures软件进行裂解炉全炉设计模型化及数字化工厂应用的基本情况。使用Tekla Structures软件对裂解炉进行全炉模型化设计,改变了传统的设计方式,大大提高了设计质量和效率,结合数字化工厂应用,进行上下游专业间的模型传递,使显示更为清晰直观,同时可减少设计界面,提高专业间的设计效率。

Abstract: This paper introduces the basic situation of using Tekla Structures software for whole furnace design modeling of cracking furnace and its application to digital factory. Using Tekla Structures software for the whole furnace modeling design of cracking furnace changes the traditional design method and improves the design quality and efficiency greatly. Combining with the application in digital factory, the model transfer between upstream and downstream departments can be carried out; the design interface can be reduced clearly and intuitively and the design efficiency among different disciplines can be improved, which is of great significance for the application of digital factories in the design of cracking furnaces.
