摘要: 低温多效海水淡化装置需在负压环境下运行,因此真空系统的设计对装置的稳定安全运行至关重要。文章介绍了引射器的工作原理,建立了低温多效海水淡化装置真空系统抽气量和多级引射的计算方法,同时,结合某实际工程案例,详细计算了不同引射工艺流程条件下的蒸汽消耗量和设备工艺参数,并对其进行了对比分析,为低温多效海水淡化装置真空系统的工艺设计和方案选择提供了理论及计算依据。

Abstract: Lowtemperature multieffect seawater desalination device needs to operate in a negative pressure environment, so the design of the vacuum system is crucial for the stable and safe operation of the device. This paper introduces the working principle of the injector and establishes a calculation method for the vacuum system pumping volume and multistage injection. Combined with a practical engineering case, the steam consumption and equipment process parameters under different injection process flows are calculated in detail and analyzed. This provides theoretical and computational basis for the process design and scheme selection of the vacuum system of the lowtemperature multieffect seawater desalination device.
