摘要: 城镇型天然气净化厂是社会经济发展和能源结构优化的重要基础设施,但其投产后产生的噪声问题给职业卫生和周边居民的居住环境造成诸多困扰。针对该问题,文章首先介绍了城镇型天然气净化厂的噪声污染现状,对主要设备噪声的源强特征、频率特性和传播影响特性进行了分析,同时,结合城镇型天然气净化厂建成投产后的设备噪声实际情况,对现场识别出的噪声源可采用的针对性噪声治理措施及相应的降噪效果进行了重点分析,并对未来的噪声防控策略进行了展望,提出了相关建议。上述分析及建议可为同类工程设计提供参考。

Abstract: Urban natural gas purification plants are crucial infrastructure for socioeconomic development and energy structure optimization. However, the noise issues arising during the operation of urban natural gas purification plants pose a threat to occupational health and the surrounding residents. In this paper, the current situation of noise pollution in urban natural gas purification plants is introduced; and the source intensity, frequency characteristics and propagation influence of the main equipment noise are analyzed. Based on the actual noise levels of equipment at urban natural gas purification plants after commissioning, this paper focuses on analyzing targeted noise control measures and their corresponding noise reduction effects for noise sources identified onsite, and provides insights into future noise control strategies along with relevant recommendations. The analysis and recommendations presented herein can serve as a reference for similar engineering designs.
