低压储罐底板超压变形分析与修复

摘要: 文章针对某石化企业低压储罐因超压造成底板局部变形、储罐基础开裂的问题,采用理论计算和有限元失效分析方法对储罐本体和基础进行可靠性分析,以确定最佳的修复方案。因储罐基础为环墙围墙中部填砂结构,储罐形变集中在底板,壁板未发生变形,因此判断,储罐基本可靠,重点修复底板和基础即可。对底板进行局部更换,基础中间沥青砂层采用高压注浆方式填实,同时加固环墙基础,使底板受力均匀。修复后,对底板进行了无损检测,并对基础强度进行了复核,均满足使用条件,储罐已安稳运行1 a无异常。

Abstract: Aiming at the local deformation of the bottom plate and cracking of the storage tank foundation caused by overpressure in a petrochemical enterprise's lowpressure storage tank, theoretical calculations and finite element failure methods were adopted to conduct reliability analysis of the tank body and foundation, and determine the best repair plan. The study showed that due to the storage tank foundation's ring wall structure with a sandfilled core, the deformation was localized at the bottom plate while the wall plate remained deformationfree. Thus it was judged that the tank was basically reliable, and the focus was on repairing the bottom plate and foundation. Partial replacement of the bottom plate was adopted, and the asphalt sand layer in the middle of the foundation was filled with highpressure grouting. The ring wall foundation was reinforced to evenly distribute the force on the bottom plate. After repair, nondestructive testing was conducted on the bottom plate and the foundation strength was rechecked, both of which met the operational requirements. The storage tank has been operating smoothly for one year without any abnormalities.
