摘要: 文章介绍了在全员生产维护(TPM)设备管理培训项目体系的持续开发创新与实践中,以训战结合培训理论为指导,通过对TPM推进员、TPM骨干、TPM精英等3类人群进行分层级、有梯度的规划,设计出的“三级阶梯式”TPM培训系列项目。该培训项目分别按照理论学习、岗位实践、汇报总结的三段式培训形式进行了系统化、持续性的探索与实践,创新了TPM设备管理培训“三阶三段”的培训形式,并构建了TPM设备管理培训项目体系的“金字塔”模式。该模式有利于进一步推进TPM精益化管理和5S现场管理工作在企业生产中的持续深化落地。

Abstract: This paper introduces the continuous development, innovation and practice of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) equipment management training project system. Guided by the theory of integration of training and practical application, the "ThreeTiered" TPM training series program was designed. This is achieved through hierarchical and gradient planning for three target groups: TPM promoters, TPM key personnel, and TPM elites.This training program has systematically and continuously explored and implemented the threephase structure consisting of theoretical learning, onthejob practice and summary presentations. The "ThreeTier and ThreePhase" framework for the TPM equipment management training was innovatedand the "pyramid" model of the TPM equipment management training project system was constructed.This model facilitates the continuous deepening and effective implementation of TPM lean management and 5S workplace organization within enterprise production systems.
