Revamp and Improvement of Flash Drying Equipment in the Application Process of Molecular Sieve Unit

Abstract

Abstract: This paper introduces the working principles of the rotary flash drying equipment and its application in molecular sieve preparation. It analyzes the reasons for the frequently burned belt of the rotary flash drying equipment, the crash of host computers, the failure of the production capacity to meet the design requirements and the difficulty in replacing the bearing in later maintenance during the initial use of the equipment. Then the paper proposes the solution. After optimization and revamp, the existing problems in the equipment have been solved completely and the expected effect has been achieved. This provides good conditions for normal production.
