MANUFACTURE QUALITY CONTROL OF SEAWATER-MIXED REFRIGERANT HEAT EXCHANGER

摘要: 海水混合冷剂换热器作为天然气液化流程中的关键设备,主要用于冷却/冷凝多级压缩介质(混合冷剂)。文章通过大量调研及试验研究,确定内波外螺纹管/双螺旋折流板结构换热器作为海水混合冷剂换热器的首选方案。经过对原材料、换热元件、关键部件及组装过程的质量控制,顺利完成了海水混合冷剂换热器的制造,为海水混合冷剂换热器的研制奠定了基础。

Abstract: As the key equipment in natural gas liquefaction process, seawater-mixed refrigerant heat exchanger is mainly used for cooling/condensing the multistage compression medium (mixed refrigerant).Through plenty of investigations and experimental researches, this paper determines the heat exchanger with corrugated low finned tube/ double helical baffles structure as the preferred scheme of seawater-mixed refrigerant heat exchanger. Through quality control of raw materials, heat transfer elements, critical component and assembly process, the seawater-mixed refrigerant heat exchanger is manufactured successfully, which lays a good foundation for the development of the seawater-mixed refrigerant heat exchanger.
