压缩机干气密封进油原因分析及对策

CAUSE ANALYSIS ON LUBRICATING OIL ENTERING COMPRESSOR DRY GAS SEALS AND THE COUNTERMEASURES

摘要: 压缩机干气密封进油后,其油膜会吸收干气密封动、静环端面间产生的摩擦量引起持续升温,进而导致动、静环过热而损坏,因此有必要弄清进油的原因。文章根据干气密封进油的各种可能因素,结合事故现象,对原因进行了分析、排查,发现润滑油压力过高,隔离气效果变差是造成油进入干气密封的根本原因。对润滑油总管压力及压缩机推力瓦、机组径向瓦油压进行了全面调节,并尝试对进油干气密封进行吹扫而非检修更换获得成功,同时在管理上提出了相应防范措施。

Abstract: After lubricating oil enters the dry gas seal of natural gas compressor, the oil film may absorb the heat from friction produced in the end face between rotating ring and stationary ring of the dry gas seal and result in damage of rotating ring and stationary ring due to their overheating. Therefore, it's necessary to figure out the reasons for oil entering. According to various possible factors that may cause oil entering and combing with the accident phenomenon, this paper analyses and investigates the reasons. It discovered that the root causes for the oil to enter the dry gas seal were that the lubricating oil pressure was too high and the effect of isolation gas became worse. A full adjustment was made for the header pressure of lubricating oil and oil pressure of thrust bearing and journal bearing of compressor. An attempt to purge the dry gas seal with oil instead of overhaul and replacing succeed. And corresponding countermeasures in management are put forward.
