透平油封及仪表线路的可靠性维修分析

ANALYSIS ON RELIABILITY BASED MAINTENANCE OF A TURBINE OIL SEAL AND INSTRUMENT CIRCUIT

摘要: 为了保障化工企业装置中的蒸汽式透平机组能够安全、稳定、长周期运行,给工厂带来更大的经济效益,不仅需要工艺的精心保养、操作,更需要在出现故障的时候提供可靠的维修,缩短检修时间,实现延长停机检修间隔,保障机组"长、稳"运行的目标。文章结合透平机油封及仪表线路的故障检修及技术改造展现透平机可靠性维修的重要性【1】。

Abstract: To ensure the safe, stable and long-period operation of the steam turbine unit in chemical plant and bring more economic benefits to the factory, meticulous maintenance and operation of the process is needed. More importantly, reliability based maintenance shall be provided and maintenance time shall be shortened to achieve the goals of prolonging the shutdown maintenance intervals and ensure the long-period and stable operation of the unit when faults occur. Combining with troubleshooting and technical transformation of the turbine oil seal and instrument circuit, this paper reveals the importance of reliability based maintenance of the turbine.
