硫化氢汽提塔筒体泄漏原因分析及对策

摘要: 某连续液相柴油加氢装置中的硫化氢汽提塔(C-202)是在2016年10月装置进行国Ⅴ升级改造后增加和投用的,投用后柴油质量的稳定性得到大大提高,但在2017年6月,发现C-202第17层进料口以下塔壁泄漏。文章从塔的材质、设计操作工况、实际操作条件、腐蚀情况等方面,对C-202塔壁泄漏的原因进行了详细分析,找出了C-202塔壁泄漏的原因,并提出了相应的应对措施。

Abstract: The hydrogen sulfide stripper C-202 was added and put into use after the upgrading and revamp of certain diesel continuous liquid phase hydro-treating unit in October 2016. After being used, the stability of diesel quality was improved greatly. But in June 8, 2017, wall leakage was found at the seventeenth layer intake port of C-202 tower. This paper analyzes the causes for the wall leakage of C-202 tower in detail from such aspects as tower material, design operating conditions, actual operating conditions and corrosion. The causes for the wall leakage of C-202 tower are found out and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward
