摘要: 通过建立苯乙烯储罐传热的数理模型,结合苯乙烯储罐罐壁、罐顶、罐底三个部分的传热计算,分析了储罐不同部分的传热特点,给出了不同方向的传热计算方法,研究了不同工况下苯乙烯储罐的传热特性。此项研究成果对实际工程中苯乙烯储罐的保冷设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Through establishing a mathematical model for calculating the heat transfer of styrene storage tank and taking the heat transfer calculation of tank shell, tank roof and tank bottom into account, this paper analyzed the heat transfer characteristic of different parts of the tank and presented the methods for calculating heat transfer of different directions. It studied the heat transfer characteristic of styrene storage tank under different working conditions. The research results have certain guiding significance for cold insulation design of styrene storage tanks in practical projects.
