摘要: 回转式焙烧炉是催化剂生产的常用设备。在生产过程中,回转式焙烧炉突发性停运偶有发生,如果处理方法不当,造成的后果可能非常严重。文章以电加热回转式焙烧炉为例,介绍了回转式焙烧炉的结构、工作原理和特点,通过对高温状态下焙烧炉的炉筒进行受力分析,阐述了炉筒变形可能造成的后果,提出了处理炉筒停运问题的解决方法,并通过分析此类故障产生的原因,提出了避免故障发生的预防措施。

Abstract: Rotary calcinator is common equipment used in catalyst production. Sudden stop accidentally happens in the production process. Improper handling may result in very serious consequences. Taking the electric heating rotary calcinator as an example, this paper introduced the structure, working principles and characteristics of rotary calcinators. Through stress analysis of the calcinator furnace cylinder at high temperature, it elaborated the possible consequences of furnace cylinder deformation and proposed the solution to the problem of furnace cylinder outage. By analyzing the causes for such failures, the paper put forth the preventive measures to avoid failures.
