摘要: 在项目初期确定一个与静设备接管规格尺寸及压力等级相关的接管许用外荷载值,能够方便设备和管道应力两个专业各自分别开展工作,从而大大加快项目进度。但是在接管许用外荷载值的确定、使用及超出规定值的校核计算过程中经常会出现一些问题。文章针对这些问题进行了阐述,以期能够帮助设计者在避免过度设计的同时保证设计产品的安全。

Abstract: At the beginning of a project, setting an allowable external load value related to the static equipment nozzle size and pressure level can facilitate the separate work of the equipment and piping stress engineers, thereby greatly accelerating the project progress. However, some problems often arise in the setting and use of the allowable external load values of nozzles and in the process of verification and calculation of values exceeding the specified value. Thispaper elaborates on these issues in the hope of helping designers avoid over-design while ensuring the safety of the designed products.
