摘要: 螺柱疲劳评定对于疲劳设备的安全可靠运行具有重要意义。JB/T 4732—1995(2005年确认)附录C中给出了对疲劳设备的螺柱进行疲劳分析的方法。采用有限元计算方法,对疲劳设备接管法兰用的紧固螺柱进行了疲劳分析,验证了工程中螺柱疲劳评定方法的合理性,同时给出了疲劳设备螺柱使用的合理化建议。

Abstract: The fatigue assessment of studs is of great importance to the safe and reliable operation of fatigue vessels. JB/T 4732—1995(R2005) Appendix C has provided a fatigue anaylsis method for studs on the fatigue vessels. In this paper, finite element method was adopted to carry out a fatigue analysis on the fastening studs used in the flange of the fatigue equipment, which verified the rationality of the stud fatigue assessment method in the project. Meanwhile, the paper presented reasonable suggestions for the use of the fatigue equipment studs.
