摘要: 近年来,X80钢在管道运输工程中得到普及应用。而目前,X80钢焊接方法主要为手工焊和半自动焊,效率较低。文章主要介绍了针对X80钢全位置机动焊设备的原理和工艺进行研究的成果,对通过多次试验获得的药芯焊丝气体保护焊全位置机动焊工艺参数进行了详细说明,并对其理化性能进行了对比分析。该研究可为X80钢全位置机动焊的实施提供参考。

Abstract: In recent years, X80 steel has been widely used in pipe transportation projects. At present, the welding methods for X80 steel are mainly manual welding and semi-automatic welding, and the efficiency is comparatively low. This paper mainly introduces the results of research on the principles and technology of X80 steel all-position motorized welding equipment. It elaborates on the process parameters of all-position motorized welding with flux-cored arc welding obtained through multiple tests. The paper also compares and analyzes the physical and chemical properties. This research can provide reference for the implementation of X80 steel all-position motorized welding.
