On Seismic Design of Petrochemical Static Equipment Based on ASCE 7-10

摘要: 美国压力容器设计标准ASME Ⅷ-1&2(2019版)以及与储罐设计标准API 650(2019版)的抗震设计准则或方法均来源于美国荷载规范ASCE 7-10(2010版)。文章从抗震设防水准与目标、风险类别与抗震重要度系数、抗震设计反应谱、地震作用计算、构架支撑设备抗震计算、载荷组合与抗震验算准则以及其他抗震设计要求等方面解析了基于ASCE 7-10(2010版)的石化静设备抗震设计方法,并对抗震设计方法的特点进行了总结,以期为执行国外工程项目以及推进我国石化静设备抗震设计技术的发展提供参考。

Abstract: The seismic design guidelines or methods for the U.S. pressure vessel design standard ASME Ⅷ-1&2 (2019 edition) and the storage tank design standard API 650 (2019 edition) are derived from U.S. ASCE 7-10 (2010 edition) Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures. This paper analyzes the seismic design method of petrochemical static equipment based on ASCE 7-10 (2010 edition) in terms of seismic level and target, risk category and seismic importance factor, seismic design response spectrum, seismic action calculation, seismic calculation of frame-supported equipment, load combination and seismic verification guidelines, and other seismic design requirements. It summarizes the characteristics of the seismic design methods, with the aim of providing reference for the implementation of foreign projects and the boost of the development of seismic design technology for petrochemical static equipment in China.
