高耸塔器横风向共振失效的防范对策

摘要: 横风向共振不仅影响高耸塔器的正常工艺操作,还会导致其由于强度不足而破坏。文章基于工程实践,本着安全可靠的原则以及经济性的考虑,对高耸塔器的设计、制造、安装等方面有针对性地提出了重点防范措施,防止高耸塔器因横风向共振失效,保证塔器安全运行。文章认为,在设计阶段认真地对塔设备进行振动分析,并根据分析结果采取相应的防振措施,最为经济,也最有效。同时还指出,焊缝高度对裙座与下封头间的对接焊缝疲劳寿命有一定影响。

Abstract: Crosswind resonance not only affects the technological operation of high-rise tower, but also leads to destruction due to strength reduction. Based on engineering practice and taking safety, reliability and economics into account, some key preventive measures are put forward for design, fabrication and installation of high-rise tower so as to prevent failure of crosswind resonance acting on high-rise tower and ensure safe operation of the tower. It is considered that the most economical and effective measure is that vibration analysis of the tower should be carried out carefully during the design phase and some anti-vibration measures should be taken according to the analysis results. This paper also points out that the weld height has an effect on the fatigue life of butt-weld between the skirt and bottom head.
