摘要: 某炼化公司煤制氢联产醋酸装置,需要一变换氮气循环风机,形式为整体组装式离心风机。其作用为在整个工艺运行之前,对工艺管路进行供气,将反应所需催化剂吹至反应釜内,完成工艺前的准备工作。该设备在工艺流程中非常关键,其能否持续稳定运行至关重要,因此一直采用进口品牌产品。该装置同类设备进口价格很高,且制造周期长,不能满足现场进度要求。在此背景下,需研制一台整体组装式离心风机进行国产化替代。主要攻关内容为:过流部件设计及数值仿真性能预测;转子动力学计算提升整机运行稳定性。设计完成后使用空气介质进行试验,验证气动性能和机械运行结果。试验结果表明,各项指标均满足设计要求。

Abstract: A nitrogen circulating fan with the form of integral assembly centrifugal fan is needed for the acetic acid cogeneration plant from coal to hydrogen in a refined and chemical company. Its function is to supply gas to the process pipeline before the whole process operation and sweep the catalyst needed for the reaction into the reactor, and to complete the preparation work before the process. The equipment is a very critical part of the process flow, and its continuous and stable operation is crucial, so it has been using products of imported brands. The price of similar imported equipment for this device is very high and the manufacturing cycle is long, which cannot meet the site schedule requirements. Under this background, an integral assembled centrifugal compressor is developed to replace the imported one. The main research content covers: flow parts design and numerical simulation performance prediction; rotor dynamics calculation to improve the operation stability of the whole machine. After the design is completed, air medium test is used to verify the aerodynamic performance and mechanical operation results. The test results show that all the indexes meet the design requirements.
