摘要: 随着民营企业向石化行业的上游发展,民营企业建设的大型乙烯工程逐渐增多。文章分析了民营企业建设的大型乙烯项目的特点、在实施过程中存在的难点,以及加强设备设计管理的必要性,同时,还详细介绍了在某乙烯工程中运用PDCA循环管理方法、价值工程相关理论以及标准化、集成化、模块化的设计手段优化设备设计管理工作的各项措施。这些措施可为民营企业建设大型乙烯项目的设计管理提供参考。

Abstract: With the development of private enterprises to the upstream of petrochemical industry, large-scale ethylene projects built by private enterprises are gradually increasing. This paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of implementing large-scale ethylene projects in private enterprises and the necessity of strengthening equipment design management. Meanwhile, the paper takes such measures as adopting PDCA cycle management method, value engineering theory and standardized, integrated and modular design means to optimize equipment design management in an ethylene project. These measures can provide reference for the design management of large ethylene projects constructed by private enterprises.
