摘要: 针对在役石油化工设备以及管道带补强板安放式接管角接接头(支管连接接头)常规无损检测方法难以实施的现状,对此类焊接接头进行了相控阵超声检测仿真工艺分析研究,并将制定出的检测工艺在模拟试块上进行验证,结果显示,检测效果良好。该工艺为带补强板安放式接管角接接头的检测提供了一个新的技术手段。

Abstract: It is difficult to implement the regular nondestructive testing methods for the in-service petrochemical equipment and pipelines with placing nozzle joint with reinforcing plate (branch connection joint). Aiming at this status quo, the simulation process of phased array ultrasonic testing is adopted to analyze and study such welded joints. And the developed testing process is verified on the simulation test block. The results indicate that the detection effect is good. This process provides a new technical means for the detection of fillet joints of placing nozzle with reinforcing plate.
