摘要/Abstract

摘要： 作为化工领域中的龙头核心装置，乙烯装置具有体量大、流程复杂、建设周期长等特点。而乙烯大塔吊装进度管理对整个乙烯装置的建设进度具有决定性作用。通过科学合理的策划管理，充分优化大塔的设计、采购、制造、运输、整体“穿衣戴帽”（即对大塔的附塔管线、梯子平台、保温保冷及电气仪表等相关部分的全部安装工作的简称）模块化及吊装的管理工作，可为乙烯装置及项目整体建设进度提供保障。

关键词: 乙烯装置, 大塔吊装, 项目管理, 进度管理

Abstract: As the leading core plant in the chemical industry, ethylene plant is large in size; the process involved in it is complex and the construction period for it is long. And the schedule management of large tower hoisting plays a decisive role in the construction progress of the whole ethylene plant. Through scientific and reasonable planning and management, the design, procurement, manufacturing, transportation of the large tower is fully optimized; and modularization and hoisting management of all the installation work of tower piping, ladder platform, insulation and cooling, electrical instrumentation and other related parts of the tower are also fully optimized, which can provide guarantee for the overall construction schedule of ethylene plant and the project.
