换热管接头强度焊缝尺寸标准研究

摘要: 换热管与管板接头的焊接是热交换器制造过程中的关键工序,强度焊的接头质量既要保证接头的拉脱力,又要保证接头的密封性,其连接质量直接关系到换热器的安全、平稳运行。文章分析对比了国内外相关标准规范对管接头强度焊缝尺寸的要求,根据对比研究结果,建议GB/T 151标准在升版时与国外标准规范统一,采用最小泄漏通道尺寸a0作为强度焊缝尺寸要求,并给出了该尺寸的合格标准建议。

Abstract: Welding of heat exchange tube to tubesheet joint is a key process in the fabricating process of heat exchanger. The quality of strength welding joint should ensure both the pulling-out force and tightness of the joints. The connection quality impacts on the safety and stability operation of the heat exchanger directly. This paper analyzes and compares the requirements of relevant domestic and foreign standards for strength weld seam size. According to the results of the comparative study, it is recommended that the GB/T 151 standard should be unified with the foreign codes and standards when it is revised; the minimum leak path dimension a0 should be adopted and the criteria for this weld seam size is suggested.
