Abstract: During the execution of petrochemical engineering EPC turnkey projects, inadequate management of equipment preservation can lead to increased costs for the general contractor or construction units, adversely impact the project schedule and even affect the final fulfillment of the contract as scheduled. Therefore, equipment preservation has received increasing attention during project execution. This paper elaborates on the key links, management essentials and corresponding suggestions for equipment preservation in petrochemical engineering EPC turnkey projects, offering valuable insights for equipment preservation in petrochemical engineering construction.
