摘要: 沉降离心机在固液分离领域应用广泛,其分离性能是影响设备性能的重要指标。文章介绍了HDPE卧式沉降离心机的设计原理和结构型式,从离心机转鼓直径、转鼓长径比、转鼓半锥角、颗粒粒径和物料粘度等方面分析了影响离心机分离性能的因素,以期能够为生产运行提供指导,并为同类装置相关设备的运行提供参考。

Abstract: Sedimentation centrifuge is widely used in the field of solid-liquid separation. Centrifuge separation performance is an important performance index of equipment. This paper introduces the design principles and structure of HDPE horizontal sedimentation centrifuge. It analyzes the factors affecting the centrifuge separation performance from such aspects as the centrifuge rotary drum diameter, length-diameter ratio of rotary drum, half-cone angle of rotary drum, particle size and material viscosity and so forth in the hope of providing guidance for production and operation and providing reference for the operation of related equipment of similar devices.
