摘要: 在石油化工领域,内浮顶罐因内设内浮盘核心构件,常被认为可通过减少油气挥发的方式降低此类储罐的火灾发生率,但实际应用中仍有相关火灾事故的报道。文章分析了国内常用内浮盘产品的类型、应用特点及存在的缺点与不足,对基于内浮盘安装、使用和维修过程中常见的火灾安全问题进行了概述,并在此基础上剖析了现阶段通过结构设计及优化研发的各类内浮盘新产品的主要设计思路,同时,对国内外标准规范中涉及的内浮盘防火要求以及耐火性能测试标准现状进行了比较与总结,最后探讨了现阶段国内石化储运领域中使用的内浮顶罐的缺陷、国内外内浮盘消防安全研究的差异以及该构件产品的未来发展重点。

Abstract: In the petrochemical sector, it is often considered that the internal floating roof tanks can reduce the incidence of fire in such tanks by reducing the volatilization of oil and gas because of the internal floating roof core component. However, there are still reports of fire accidents in practical applications. This paper analyzes the types, application characteristics and disadvantages and shortcomings of commonly used internal floating deck products in China, and provides an overview of common fire safety issues based on the installation, use and maintenance of internal floating decks. Based on this, it analyzes the main design ideas of various new internal floating deck products developed through structural design and optimization at the present stage. Meanwhile, it compares and summarizes the fire protection requirements and the current status of fire resistance testing standards for internal floating decks covered in domestic and international standards and specifications. Finally, the paper discusses the defects of the internal floating roof tanks used in the domestic petrochemical storage and transport sector at this stage, the differences in fire safety research on internal floating dicks at home and abroad, and the future development focus of this component product.
