摘要: 文章介绍了Cr25Ni35Nb+MA离心铸造管U形中频感应热弯的制造装置及成形工艺。通过分析离心铸造管材料性能,选择合理的弯前热处理工艺、推进速率、加热温度与冷却方式,同时,对U形管成形后壁厚减薄率、椭圆度及平面度变化规律进行分析,并通过渗透检测、微观组织观察、通球试验与水压试验检验成形后的产品质量,检验结果显示:弯前热处理降低了弯曲裂纹的产生;选取30~50 mm/s的推进速率、加热温度850~950 ℃并进行强风冷却,能够得到合格的弯管产品。

Abstract: This paper introduces the manufacturing device and forming process for U-shaped medium-frequency induction hot bending of Cr25Ni35Nb+MA centrifugally cast steel pipe. By analyzing the material properties of centrifugally cast steel pipe, the reasonable heat treatment process before bending, propulsion rate, heating temperature and cooling mode are selected. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the change rule of wall thickness reduction rate, ovality and flatness after the forming of U-shaped pipe. The quality of the formed product is checked by penetration test, microstructure observation, pigging test and hydraulic test. The test results indicate that the heat treatment before bending can reduce the bending cracks; qualified bent pipe can be obtained by selecting the process with propulsion rate of 30~50 mm/s, heating temperature of 850~950 ℃ and strong air cooling.
