摘要: 随着加氢装置的大型化,某些特殊高压设备(如螺纹锁紧环换热器)的管口连接形式开始出现法兰连接和焊接连接两种不同的选择,而现有压力容器规范对于具体选择何种连接形式缺少相关规定。文章从多个角度对加氢装置中螺纹锁紧环换热器管、壳程进、出口两种连接形式的优劣进行了对比分析并提出选择建议,可为加氢装置螺纹锁紧环换热器的管口优化设计提供参考。

Abstract: With the development of large-scale hydroprocessing units, two different forms of nozzle connection began to be applied in some special high pressure vessels, such as threaded ring lock heat exchangers. But the specific selection principles for nozzle connection forms are not mentioned in applicable pressure vessel codes and standards. This paper compares and analyses the merits and demerits of the two connection forms of tube and shell side inlet and outlet of the threaded ring lock heat exchanger in hydroprocessing unit from various perspectives and recommends a choice from the two forms, which can provide reference for the optimization design of nozzle connection of the threaded ring lock heat exchangers in hydroprocessing units.
