摘要: 某公司120万t/a延迟焦化装置采用S-CCHS技术进行了密闭除焦系统改造后,逐渐暴露出石油焦产品单一、设备故障率高影响装置稳定运行、运行维护成本高等问题。通过开发储能专用炭材料,成立技术攻关小组降低设备故障率,采用新技术、预防性维修策略以及进行小型技术改造等措施对密闭除焦系统运行进行优化,达到了丰富石油焦产品结构、提高装置平稳率、实现降本增效的目的。

Abstract: After the transformation of the closed decoking system using S-CCHS technology in the 1.2 million t/a delayed coking unit of one company, the problems of single petroleum coke products, high equipment failure rate which affects stable operation of the unit, and high operation and maintenance costs have gradually emerged. By developing special carbon materials for energy storage, establishing technical research team to reduce equipment failure rate, adopting new technologies, preventive maintenance strategies, small-scale technical upgrades, and other measures, the operation of the closed decoking system has been optimized. Through these measures, the objectives of enriching the structure of petroleum coke products, improving device stability, and reducing costs and improving efficiency have been achieved.
