Abstract: After the overhaul of the steam turbine unit in a petrochemical company, a joint test was carried out. During the test, when the rotating speed of the unit was increased to 10700 r/min, the vibration value of the vibration measuring point VE3349A of the steam turbine coupling side shaft was 39μm; the vibration value of VE3244 of the driving side shaft of the low pressure cylinder was 43μm; and the vibration value of the two shafts was higher than the value before the overhaul. According to the analysis of vibration waveform spectrum, axis trajectory and Bode diagram, dynamic balance was adjusted on site and the effect was obvious. The shaft vibration was reduced greatly and the hidden troubles were eliminated.
