Abstract: As the leading core plant in the chemical industry, ethylene plant is large in size; the process involved in it is complex and the construction period for it is long. And the schedule management of large tower hoisting plays a decisive role in the construction progress of the whole ethylene plant. Through scientific and reasonable planning and management, the design, procurement, manufacturing, transportation of the large tower is fully optimized; and modularization and hoisting management of all the installation work of tower piping, ladder platform, insulation and cooling, electrical instrumentation and other related parts of the tower are also fully optimized, which can provide guarantee for the overall construction schedule of ethylene plant and the project.
