Complete Modularized Construction Technology for 200 KTA Ethylene Cracking Furnace

摘要: 国内某石化企业单台20万t/a乙烯裂解炉整体模块重达3 689.6 t,其尺寸(长×宽×高)为41.1 m×20.9 m×53 m,已经安装在项目现场。该裂解炉模块是国内首次裂解炉整体模块化设计及建造、SPMT滚装、海固、海/陆运、SPMT就位,也是世界范围内模块化整体建造和运输单体规模最大的裂解炉整体模块。此项目的成功实施,改变了传统的裂解炉现场建造的模式。

Abstract: The total module weight of a single 200 KTA ethylene cracking furnace in certain domestic petrochemical enterprise weighs 3689.6 tons, and its size (length × width × height) is 41.1 m × 20.9 m × 53 m, which has been installed at the project site. The cracking furnace module is the first complete modularized design and construction for cracking furnace in China with SPMT roll-on, sea-solid, sea/land transport, SPMT in place. It’s also the world's largest single cracking furnace module installed through complete modularized construction and transportation. The successful implementation of this project has changed the traditional on-site construction mode of cracking furnace.
