工艺设备特种焊接的红外无损检测研究

Research on Infrared Non-destructive Testing for Special Welding of Process Equipment

摘要: 工艺设备中焊接是不可或缺的加工技术。对于常用的焊接方法,如承压件对焊,已有成熟的无损检测方法用于焊接的质量控制,而对于特种焊接方法(如堆焊等),目前常用的无损检测方法适用性差,焊接质量直接影响工艺设备的工作性能和寿命。文章以密封面堆焊为例,提出一种先进的无损检测方法,即红外无损检测(IRNDT),同时和常用的渗透检测结果进行对比和研究,最终在检测结果的基础上,对工艺设备特种焊接的无损检测方法和检测时机提出了改进建议。

Abstract: Welding is an indispensable processing technology in process equipment. For commonly used welding methods such as butt welding of pressure parts, mature non-destructive testing methods have been used for welding quality control. Yet for special welding methods such as surfacing, the applicability of commonly used non-destructive testing methods is not good. Welding quality affects the working performance and life of process equipment directly. This paper takes surfacing of sealing surface as example and proposes an advanced non-destructive testing method, namely infrared non-destructive testing (IRNDT). Meanwhile, it compares and studies the commonly used penetration testing results. Finally, based on the testing results, the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the non-destructive testing method and timing of special welding of process equipment.
