气瓶液压试验进液量分析

Analysis of Liquid Inflow of Hydraulic Test for Gas Cylinder

摘要: 气瓶液压试验进液量是气瓶液压试验检验环节的重要参量,也是试验装置设计和设备选型的关键因素。针对钢质气瓶,将其液压试验进液量分为形变增量与液压介质压缩量两部分,分析推导出进液量的理论计算公式和进液量组成部分的分计算式。经实例试验测量比较发现,进液量理论计算值与试验测量值最大误差仅为2.3%,且液压介质压缩量占进液量比例较大,验证了理论计算公式的可靠性和正确性,为快速有效地获取气瓶液压试验进液量和分析进液量组成占比提供了理论支撑。

Abstract: The liquid inflow of hydraulic pressure test is an important parameter in the testing process for gas cylinder, and it's also a key factor in the design of the test device and equipment selection. For steel gas cylinder, its liquid inflow of hydraulic pressure test is divided into two parts: deformation increment and hydraulic medium compression amount, the theoretical calculation formula of liquid inflow amount and the partial calculation formula of component parts of liquid inflow amount are obtained after analysis. Through the example test, measurement and comparison, it is found that the maximum error between the theoretical calculation value and the experimental measured value is only 2.3%; the hydraulic medium compression value accounts for larger proportion of the liquid inflow, which verifies the reliability and correctness of the theoretical calculation formula. This provides theoretical support for obtaining the liquid inflow of cylinder hydraulic test and analyzing the proportion of each part of the liquid inflow quickly and effectively.
