摘要: 多年来,不锈钢复合材料因耐蚀性好、成本较低,在压力容器及压力管道中得到了大量应用。根据调研,当小直径不锈钢复合管无法从内壁施焊时,少数施工企业先用18-8型不锈钢焊材打底,再用25-13型焊材焊接过渡层,然后采用常规碳钢或低合金钢焊材焊接基层。该焊接顺序未按相关规范中 “基层的焊接应选用与过渡层焊接相同的焊接材料”的规定执行【1】。这种“非标”焊接工艺方法简单,以碳钢焊材代替25-13 型不锈钢焊材,成本低廉,设备管道在运行过程中也未发现重大的质量问题。文章记述了对不锈钢复合材料几种〖JP〗焊接顺序的工艺进行对比焊接试验以及对焊接接头进行力学性能试验和硬度等测试的过程,并对测试结果进行了分析。

Abstract: For many years, stainless steel composites are widely used in pressure vessels and pressure pipelines because of their good corrosion resistance and low cost. According to researches, when welding cannot be performed from the inner wall of the small-diameter stainless steel composite pipes, a minority of construction companies first use 18-8 stainless steel weld material as the backing weld; then 25-13 weld material is used to weld transition layer; at last, conventional carbon steel or low alloy steel weld material is used to weld the base layer. This welding sequence is not implemented in accordance with the provisions of the relevant specification: "The welding of the base layer should be the same as the welding of the transition layer." This kind of "non-standard" welding process is simple with low cost since the 25-13 stainless steel welding material is replaced by carbon steel welding material. And none quality problems are found during the running process of the pipelines. This paper describes the process of the comparative welding tests on the welding procedures of several welding sequences of stainless steel composites and the mechanical properties test and hardness test of the welded joints. Then it analyzes the results.
