摘要: 我国油气行业中用到的压缩机和泵种类很多,涉及的标准面也很广。不同标准制造的机械设备在质量和价格上差别较大。文章主要对油气行业中的透平压缩机和离心泵(不含无密封离心泵)这类透平机械设备适用的产品标准及检验、试验标准进行比较,总结出这些标准的结构化特征,并给出选用标准的建议,以期实现设备采购性价比最优的目标。

Abstract: There are many types of compressors and pumps used in Chinese petroleum and natural gas field. Accordingly, many standards are involved. There are large differences in quality and price among machineries manufactured according to different standards. This paper mainly makes a comparison between product standards and inspection and testing standards for turbine compressor and centrifugal pump (excluding sealless centrifugal pumps). It summarizes the structural features of these standards and proposes the suggestions for standards selection so as to achieve the goal of optimal cost-performance ratio for machinery procurement.
