摘要: 以某石化炼油部常减压装置掺炼伊重原油期间发生腐蚀加剧的现象为研究对象,通过对本装置及其他炼化企业加工伊重原油情况进行分析,同时采用化验的方法对其成分进行分析,最终找到加工伊重原油期间腐蚀速率升高的原因。文章针对该原因提出长期加工伊重原油工艺调整及腐蚀防护措施建议,并通过采取措施反向验证原因分析的正确性。

Abstract: This paper takes the intensification of corrosion during the blending of Iraqi heavy crude oil in an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in a petrochemical refinery as the research object. Through analyzing the processing of Iraqi heavy crude oil by this unit and such units in other refining and chemical enterprises, and analyzing the components by laboratory methods, the reasons for the increase in corrosion rate during the processing of Iraqi heavy crude oil are found in the end. According to the reasons, the paper proposes the adjustment and corrosion protection measures for long-term processing of Iraqi heavy crude oil. And through taking these measures, the paper obtains a reverse verification of the correctness of the cause analysis.
