常减压装置常压塔塔盘开裂失效的原因分析及治理

摘要: 针对常减压装置常压塔塔盘发生开裂失效的问题进行深刻剖析,利用扫描电镜和晶相显微镜观察等材料失效分析方法,从开裂失效塔盘的母材微观结构分析入手,判定是由于塔盘底部受拉应力和 Cl-共同作用产生了应力腐蚀开裂;同时塔盘上下震颤出现的交变疲劳载荷,造成了疲劳裂纹的产生,这也是导致塔盘开裂的原因之一。文章根据塔盘开裂的主要原因制定了科学的治理措施,确保常压塔安全可靠运行。

Abstract: This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the crack failure of column tray of the atmospheric tower in CDU & VDU. Analysis methods for material failure such as scanning electron microscopy and crystal phase microscopy are adopted to analyze the microstructure of the base metal of the failed tray caused by crack. It is determined that the failure is caused by stress corrosion cracking resulting from the tensile stress and Cl- interaction at the bottom of the tray; meanwhile, the alternating fatigue load due to the up-and-down vibration of the tray results in fatigue cracks, which is one of the reasons for the tray crack. Based on the main reasons for the cracking of the tray, the paper has developed scientific control measures to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the atmospheric tower.
