中压锅炉给水泵机械密封失效分析

Failure Analysis on the Mechanical Seal of Medium Pressure Boiler Feed Pump

摘要: 中压锅炉给水泵是某公司60 t/a甲醇装置辅助锅炉供水设备。在进行设备配件国产化替代过程中,该泵所使用国产化机械密封的替代产品多次出现因泄漏而引起的失效现象。根据此现象,通过对机械密封在运行中可能出现的泄漏通道进行逐一分析,查找出泄漏的原因和机理,再结合替代机械密封与原装BURGMANN(德国)机械密封在结构及主要技术参数等方面的比对、验算,挖掘出国产化替代机械密封出现泄漏失效的本质原因,并提出改进建议。

Abstract: Medium pressure boiler feed pump is the auxiliary boiler water supply equipment of 60 t/a methanol plant of certain company. In the process of domestic substitution of fittings, the domestic substitution of mechanical seals used in the pump has repeatedly failed due to leakage. This paper finds out the causes and mechanism of the leakage by analyzing the leakage passages which may occur in the operation of mechanical seals one by one. Then it compares and checks the structure and main technical parameters between the mechanical seal substitution and the original BURGMANN (Germany) mechanical seals. The paper chases down the essential causes for the leakage failure of the domestic substitution of the mechanical seals. Then it puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
