催化烟机振动异常案例分析与处置

摘要: 某公司Ⅱ催化裂化装置自检修后开工以来,烟气轮机(简称烟机)出现振动持续升高问题,经多方面操作调整优化后,振动异常现象未获明显改善。实施烟机在线除垢,仍不能有效消除异常振动。最终经检修更换入口导流锥后,故障现象消除,振动恢复正常。文章结合大机组在线状态监测,分析调整操作工况对烟机振动的影响,对导流锥高温蠕变变形引起烟机振动异常的问题进行了探讨,为烟机出现类似问题的应对和处置提供了参考。

Abstract: Since the startup of the FCC II of certain company after overhaul, vibration of the flue gas turbine has been continuously rising. The vibration couldn't be improved obviously after operation adjustment and optimization. Online descaling of flue gas machine couldn't eliminate the abnormal vibration effectively. Finally, after repair and replacement of inlet deflection cone, the fault was eliminated and vibration restored to normal. Combining with the online condition monitoring of large units, this paper analyzes the impacts of operating condition adjustment on the vibration of the flue gas turbine. It discusses the problem of abnormal vibration of the flue gas turbine caused by high temperature creep deformation of the deflection cone. This provides reference for the disposal of similar problems in flue gas turbines.
