Abstract: At present, China's petrochemical industry is actively promoting the basic management of equipment and has initially established an advanced equipment management system. This paper introduces the necessity and urgency of revising and compiling the Regulations for Maintenance and Overhaul of Petrochemical Equipment as an important component of the management system, the revising and compiling principles of the 2019 edition, the main technical characteristics, and its relationship with other management documents and so forth. The petrochemical industry continues to consolidate the equipment management foundation and improve the equipment management system. It's still the most basic work for the petrochemical industry to revise and compile the Regulations for Maintenance and Overhaul of Petrochemical Equipment continuously.
