摘要: 随着石油化工生产的发展,化工装置越来越大型化、规模化,其中关键设备的稳定运行在装置生产运行过程中对其安全性、可靠性以及经济效益起到了至关重要的作用。文章主要以乙烯“三机”为例,从设备设计、制造、施工、运行管理等多个方面进行剖析,阐述了如何提高关键机组的可靠性,为化工行业大型设备的设计、制造及使用提供一定的技术参考。

Abstract: With the development of petrochemical production, chemical plants have become larger and been in large scale. And the key equipment has played a crucial role in their safety, reliability and efficiency during the process of production and operation. Taking the "three machines (cracking gas compressor, propylene compressor, and ethylene compressor)" in ethylene plant as an example, this paper analyzes from the aspects of equipment design, manufacturing, construction and operation management, and expounds how to improve the reliability of key units. This provides certain technical reference for the design, manufacture and use of large equipment in chemical industry.
