Problems of Dryer in PTA Plant and Countermeasures for Long-term Operation

摘要: 文章介绍了PTA装置干燥机的结构和工作原理,分析了在干燥过程中出现的积料、露点腐蚀和进汽疏水“R”管变形等故障原因,同时结合工艺条件,阐述了参数调整与设备结构特点,并提出具体解决方案,确保了干燥机长周期稳定运转,为同类装置干燥机的检修提供了可借鉴的经验。

Abstract: This paper introduces the structure and working principles of dryer in PTA plant. It analyses the causes for the failure such as material deposit, dew point corrosion and deformation of steam inlet and hydrophobic 'R' pipe during drying process. Meanwhile, combining with process conditions, the paper expounds the parameter adjustment and equipment structure characteristics and presents specific solutions. This ensures the long-term stable operation of the dryers and provides useful experience for the overhaul of dryers in similar units.
