裂解炉对流段进料弯头腐蚀机理分析

摘要: 通过对裂解炉对流段原料预热二段管线在高备过程中发生物料泄漏的原因进行分析,重点说明了裂解炉在运行、烧焦和高备状态下对流段进料预热二段出口管线弯头产生腐蚀的机理,确定了优化工艺操作的方案,提出了裂解炉高备和烧焦状态时在进料预热二段出口管线内持续通入稀释蒸汽的措施。

Abstract: This paperanalyzed the causesfor the biomass leakage in the second section of preheating pipeline in convection section of pyrolysis furnace instandby process. It highlighted the corrosion mechanism of the feed elbow in the second section outlet pipeline of preheating convection section of pyrolysis furnace under the conditions of operation, coke burning and standby. The process operation scheme was optimized. The paper also proposed the measures for continuous feeding of dilution steam into the outlet pipeline of the second section of feeding preheating when the pyrolysis furnace is in the states of standby and coke burning.
