摘要: 泵作为主要的流体机械设备,广泛应用于化工、医药、水利、生产制造等各领域,其在实际应用中出现的问题也一直备受关注。分析问题原因、改善工艺条件、提高设备性能成为解决问题的关键。甲醇制烯烃(MTO)装置急冷水泵受急冷水中催化剂的影响,存在较突出的冲刷磨损问题,在腐蚀、汽蚀等多种因素的影响下,这种磨损不断加剧。磨损造成的设备故障频率增加,大大限制了急冷水泵的长周期、安稳、高效运行。从泵的磨损问题出发,通过对急冷水流体特性、生产操作、设备材质等方面进行分析,可以找到急冷水泵磨损的主要原因。针对各主要原因采取相应的防护措施,可以有效避免或降低泵的磨损。其中,改善急冷水流体特性是缓解磨损的关键措施,提升泵的材质等级和应用耐磨涂层材料是提升泵耐磨性能的可选手段。

Abstract: As the main fluid mechanical equipment, pump is widely used in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, water conservancy, manufacturing and other fields. And the problems occurred in the practical application of pumps have attracted much attention. The key to solve these problems is to analyze the causes of the problems, improve the process conditions and enhance the performance of the equipment. Under the influence of catalysts in the quench water, the quench water pump in the MTO plant has obvious erosion wear. And under the influence of many factors including corrosion and cavitation, such wear has been intensified. So the frequency of equipment failure caused by wear increases, which greatly limits the long period, stable and efficient operation of quench pump. Aiming at the pump wear problem, the main reasons for the wear of quench water pump can be found from analyzing the quench water fluid characteristics, production operation and equipment materials. Corresponding protective measures for each major cause are taken. This can avoid or reduce the wear of the pump effectively. Among the protective measures, improving the characteristics of quench water is the key measure to alleviate the wear; and lifting pump material grade and applying wear-resistant coating materials are optional means to improve the wear resistance performance of the pump.
