摘要: 为了解决对不锈钢在天然气净化厂脱硫装置高含硫环境下的腐蚀机理存在的争议,以及在工程应用中没有统一标准为腐蚀监测提供依据的问题,考察了不锈钢在脱硫装置中的腐蚀现状,同时对不锈钢在脱硫装置中的分布状况及在含硫环境中的腐蚀影响因素进行分析,并对脱硫装置现场腐蚀调查结果进行对比,进而推断出不锈钢材料潜在的腐蚀机理。针对腐蚀机理提出了适宜的工艺控制措施和检验检测策略。点腐蚀和氯化物应力腐蚀开裂引起的腐蚀危害给不锈钢设备的长周期运行带来严峻考验。通过优化设计选材、工艺介质控制以及有效的检验策略对不锈钢的腐蚀状况实现有效管控,可确保脱硫装置在高含硫环境下安全稳定运行。

Abstract: To solve the dispute of corrosion mechanism of stainless steel in high sulfur environment of desulfurization unit in natural gas purification plant, and the problem that there is no unified standard to provide a basis for corrosion monitoring in engineering application, this paper investigates the corrosion status of stainless steel in desulfurization unit. Meanwhile,it analyzes the distribution of stainless steel in desulfurization unit and the corrosion influencing factors in sulfur environment, and makes a comparison based on the results of field corrosion investigation of desulfurization unit. And then the paper infers the potential corrosion mechanism of stainless steel material. According to the corrosion mechanism, it puts forward the appropriate process control measures and inspection and detection strategies. The corrosion hazard caused by point corrosion and chloride stress corrosion cracking has brought severe test to the long-term operation of the unit. Effective management and control of the corrosion status of stainless steel through optimized design and material selection, process medium control and effective inspection strategies can ensure the safe and stable operation of the desulfurization unit in high sulfur environment.
