摘要: 通过理论分析和数值计算,分析了换热管和壳程圆筒内轴向导热的影响因素、影响大小和影响范围,得到了换热管横截面上平均轴向温度梯度的估值公式、换热管和筒体轴向导热对主体传热影响的公式,为严格的传热实验研究和工程设计提供了依据。

Abstract: Through theoretical analysis and numerical calculation, this paper analyzes the influencing factors, results and scope of the axial heat conduction on heat exchange tubes and shell cylinders. It obtained the formula for estimating the average axial temperature gradient of the cross section of heat exchange tubes and the formula for the effects of the axial heat conduction of heat exchange tubes and cylinder on the heat transfer of the main body. This provides a basis for rigorous heat transfer experimental research and engineering design.
