摘要: 文章提出了环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置贫/富碳酸盐换热器的5种典型设计型式,即弓形折流板固定管板换热器、弓形折流板浮头换热器、弓形折流板U形管换热器、折流杆换热器和全焊板式换热器;逐一分析和比较了每种换热器选型的性能特点、适用工艺流体特点及在装置占地、设备清洗、设备造价等方面的差异,并根据每种方案的优、缺点,给出推荐选型方案顺序,为同类装置贫/富碳酸盐换热器选型提供参考。

Abstract: This paper presents five typical design types ofleanrichcarbonate exchanger for EO/EG plant covering segmental baffle fixed tubesheet exchanger, segmental bafflefloating head exchanger, segmental baffle Utube exchanger, rod baffle exchanger and allwelded plate exchanger. It analyzes and compares the performance characteristics of each type of heat exchanger, the characteristics of applicable process fluids, and the differences in plant's occupation of land, equipment cleaning and cost and so forth. Then, according to the merits and demerits of each type selection scheme, the paper presents the sequence of recommended selection schemes, which provides reference for the selection of leanrich carbonate exchangers of similar devices.
