摘要: 文章叙述并总结了ASME Ⅷ-1规范、不同的项目文件对压力容器水压试验的要求,并对计算软件PV Elite中的相关输入和设置进行说明,以便为正确地确定压力容器的最大许用工作压力和最大工作压力、进而确定按规范中条款UG-99要求的水压试验值提供参考。通过计算示例展示了不同的项目要求下得到的不同的水压试验值。

Abstract: This paper describes and summarizes the requirements of ASME Ⅷ-1 code and different project documents on hydrostatic pressure test for pressure vessels. It also explains the relevant inputs and settings in the calculation software PV Elite. These can provide reference for the correct determination of the maximum allowable working pressure and maximum working pressure, and then the determination of the hydrostatic test values required by clause UG-99 in the code. Finally, different hydrostatic test values obtained under different project requirements are shown through calculation examples.
